I’ve been on Instagram for a couple of years now and I love it. And while I’ve never been able to get on with Snapchat (there are no instructions!), I loved Instagram Stories right away. Not so much for myself, but for looking at little moments of other people’s lives.

One night, before bed, I showed Joe something on there and he insisted on watching them all. And now we do this every night and I’ve followed a few people specifically because I think Joe will be interested in their Stories.

We watch my friend Helen‘s ducks running out of their hut and Joe says “Those ducks again! They’re always running!” We’re fascinated by Misshattan, who takes beautiful photographs of New York, but also films her meals. (“What’s she eating NOW?!”). Last night, we watched Busy Philipps getting ready for the Golden Globes.

Joe’s favourite is Amy Tangerine, mainly because of her small son, Jack, who Joe calls “my mate”. My favourites are Sweatengine, Nikinpos, and Brightbazaar, because they live in – or frequently travel to – amazing places. Oh and Floret Flower, who I’m very excited about following through a full year (I discovered them late last year and the flower season was almost over).

Along with watching IG Stories, we’ve started to make a few of our own to show just what we do all day (although it’s mostly just me and Joe, since Harry is increasingly camera-shy). Check us out and tell me what you think. And maybe let me know if there’s anything you’d like to see more of.
